SERBIA: Friday ( 21 Sept): India's young & talented paddlers shines at the international stage & marked their name in the hearts of millions of Indian as they bagged two silver & three bronze medals in the 2018 Serbian junior & Cadet open.

The duo of Deepit Patil- Anukram Jain and Radhapriya Goel - Anusha kutumbale outshines, after clinching silver medals in the junior boy's doubles & the junior girl's category respectively at the tournament.

In the final, Deepti -Anukram got off to a winning start but lost their next two games to the talented Indonesia - Thailand duo of Gerald Yu & Yanapong Panagitgun. They failed to manage & lose the game 8-11 to settle for the silver.

This time the girls extended their purple patch on the international stage by making it to the quarterfinals.


However, only Diya- Swastika & Radhapriya-Anusha managed to survive at the tournament while PoymanteeBaisya - Prapti sen bowed out of the tournament.
 

The duo Radhapriya-Anusha managed to make it to the finals but unfortunately, Diya - Swastika struggled to keep pace with the Jinnipa Sawettabut - Eunice Lim of Thailand & Singapore respectively & settled for the bronze medal.

Indian paddler Manush Shah emerged as the hero by winning two medals, one along the Raegan Albuquerque in the junior doubles & other in the junior boy's single event.

This tournament saw the nail-biting encounter between Indian & foreign paddlers, but Indian paddlers don't fail to have an impact & make a mark in Everyone's heart.
